Founded by Dr. Mani Dutta, PT, DPT, a seasoned professional with nearly 20 years of experience in senior fitness, balance rehabilitation, and fall prevention, Senior Fitness Hub is on a mission to flip the script on aging.

For almost two decades, Dr. Mani worked with patients after their first fall — helping them rebuild strength, relearn balance, and restore confidence. But one thought lingered in every session:

“I wish someone had reached them before the fall.”

That wish became a calling. That calling became Senior Fitness Hub.
